I am proficent in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excell, Primavera Project Planner scheduling, and AutoCad. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider practicle skills to be more valuable. Formal education is very important, but is less useful without actual experience. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone requires self motivation, responsibility and commitment. What was your worst working experience? Working in an enviroment with poor teamwork and ineffective leadership. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Be patient and remain humble. Change the things that you can and accept the things that you can not change. Preparation is the key. Always be prepared. Be proactive, not reactive. What unique skills do you have? I am a leader.
