Team collaboration brings the best health care because differnet points of views are expressed and the team can come up with the best treatment plan for the patient. Many heads are better than one.

What was your worst working experience?
Working with an MD who wanted perfection in not only work performance but physical looks. My pores were too big. My eyebrows too light, etc.

Don't take things personally, perservere, collaborate and consult, but believe in yourself
