formal education is essntial , however actual experience trumps theory in my opinion.

I have benefitted from working with some really great chefs, and food scientists. I have accumulated a great deal of practically applied knowledge from each experience.

What was your worst working experience?
working as a sous chef in a casino, under an underorganized chef.

say what you mean, mean what you say and back it up.

Creativity, work well under pressure, great in a team envirnment.

A great position in a tropical setting. With a staff motivated to give the customers the best experience money can buy.

creating dishes and food products people enjoy and come back for more.

long hours.
why do you want to relocate?
I am at the age now where my children are grown and I want some me time. I have always wanted to live in a tropical setting.
