Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are important. But their value depends on their application to the particular task / job in question, and what emphasis the employer places on objectives and targets for the job / employee. Office / business project management. Or charity work with children / families that need support and assistance - I enjoy that sort of work. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? In my current field I find the social service aspect very interesting because it provides me an opportunity to solve desperate domestic problems within the confines of child protection.
