Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in nursing. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I belive skills are more important. You can not learn how to treat a person with respect and true kindness, it is something you are born with. Describe the benefits of working with others The pleasure of meeting new people, learning new cultures, enjoying other's experiences. Describe the benefits of working alone I prefer working with the public, but if I must work alone I think the only benefit would be opportunities to learn new culture by observing instead of serving.
