Belize, USA, China, Germany, Northern Ireland, Oman What fields have you worked in before? education, construction, Armed Forces, sport, finance, Training and Development What qualifications do you hold? BA Physical Education, BA Sports Management, TEFL Certificate, Certificate in Training and Development, POst 16 Certificatein Education Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? There is a ase for both beccause I got average results at school and with my time and experienoe gained in thye Armed Forces I didn't need to undertake my BA until in my 40's to widen my employability. Taking my BA's late gave me a lot more life experience to call on to complete the course and qualification. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others gives you both the opportunity to learn from other people and to pass on your life experiences. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone isn't always ideal because you have no one to boune ideas off, although a psoitive is that you are responsible for hitting target completion times. What was your worst working experience? Working for a local caravan producing company who gave a payrise in one and and took the differnce ouit of the bonus to keep the wage the same. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Not to take people or things at face value and listen carefully. What unique skills do you have? Versatile and flexible with a willingness to undertake any task and succeed. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Teaching to anyone from the ages of 12 upwards including adults. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting and teaching new people. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I haven't come across any.
