Hydraulics,past 15 years What fields have you worked in before? marine industry,ship repair. What qualifications do you hold? I have worked in the hydraulic sales & service industry for past 15 years.Selling and servicing pumps,motors valves,hose and fittings.I have certification from Sauer-Danfoss in building pumps,motors and proportional valves. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? On hands experience is far more valuable as it shows and teaches at the same time.Where with a book you can only read then try and get the parctical experience. Describe the benefits of working with others if you cannot learn something from everyone,wether it be right or wrong you have wasted your time. Describe the benefits of working alone Pride in your work. What was your worst working experience? Delivering papers when I was a kid,being chased by angry dogs. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Have respect for your customer.They are asking questions because they don't have the answer.If you don't have the answer,ask someone who does and get back to the customer.
