Looking for a job in Secretarial (Administrative) field What type of job are you looking for? I am seeking a position as an Office Supervisor (Manager); or a related Administrative position (Secretarial). What nationality are you? I'm Jordanian citizen What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak Arabic fluently. and I do speak a very good English (writing, reading and conversation) What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Mainly in Belize; I want to live in that beautiful country, as it has beautiful sun, beaches and nature. But I will think of other countries if I have a good opportunity. What countries have you worked in? I worked in Jordan (The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan) and in United Arab Emirates. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Right now I don't have any Visa to work in. What field do you currently work in? I work in (building materials providing) Company, as an Executive Secretary and Personal Assistant to the CEO. What fields have you worked in before? I worked before in an I.T. Company as Administrative Assistant (H.R. Dept.) Before that I worked in an Advertising Materials Co. as an Office Secretary. What qualifications do you hold? I have a high school certificate (Commercial Section) and I hold an institute's Diploma of (Secretarial and office management). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? The skills are more valuable; as skills is the real tools you obtain during your work or life to use it in the right place, and you can do much work by using the skills. Describe the benefits of working with others You get more experience, knowledge and skills when you work with others, as you learn from each one of the team, in this case you learn how to control work and time correctly as other members may rely on you to perform work. Describe the benefits of working alone You can run work the way you want, with minimum limit of supervision, so you can learn how to be more confident, and how to manage the work successfully without assistance. What was your worst working experience? I may tell my current work, but at the same time, it gave me the strength to be more patient and having more management solving problems skills, but indeed it is the worst working experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That any successful employee should have more focus in his work, and must have strong administrative skills and have to learn new things every day to improve his attitude at job. What unique skills do you have? -Excellent leadership skills. -The ability of handling multi tasks. -Ability to deliver under pressure. -Having the initiative, and lending hand to help others. -High managing and organizing skills. -Working with full self-independence. -Working by fully self-reliance. -Very good in computer skills (typing "WinWord", Excel, Outlook, Publisher & Internet). -Good ability in writing correspondence. -Good ability in writing reports. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To become an (Office Manager) leading a group of employees; within my experience and my vision of work. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? - Managing work the way you want, getting freedom to run your job. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
