Moving to BeliezeWhat type of job are you looking for? I'm looking for any job in the real estate field. I have been in the real estate appraisal field for the past twenty years. What nationality are you? American, White caucasion What languages do you speak (and at what level)? English (Very Good) What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Belieze, Costa Rica. My boys are all grown up and in college and I'm ready to move out of the country. I've always wanted to move to Belieze and feel this is the right time to do so. What field do you currently work in? Real Estate Appraisal What fields have you worked in before? Construction Low Voltage Wiring Painting/Drywall Security/Survallence Systems Management home renovation What qualifications do you hold? Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe that hands of education is the best way to learn. However have past skills make this much easier. Describe the benefits of working with others I enjoy working withothers, making new friends and helping others out when needed. Describe the benefits of working alone I have been self employed most my life and have been working alone for quite sometime. I find that working alone takes alot more self effort and organizational skills. I would prefer to work alone, however do enjoy working with others. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when I was working for a security installation company. I come to find out that everyone I worked with was on drugs. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I've learned to think before you speak. Eye contact is very important during a conversation. Being on time and orginized. Looking professional. What unique skills do you have? I'm good with public contact, efficient in microsoft word, excel, outlook express, appraising single family and commercial buildings, low voltage wiring, security and sevalence systems. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be a nature photographer, traveling the world studing animals and culture. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? In appraising every job is different.I find that meeting new people everyday is very interesting, and being able to get out of the office and out in the field once in a while. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Continuing education schooling fees What are my goals? I would like to relocate out of United States preferably in Belieze or Costa Rica.
