Multi skilled couple looking for full or part time employment

We are a multi skilled couple in late 30's early 40's. We own a successful contruction company, have produced and hosted a national TV show in the U.S. and Canada, ran a restaurant, he is a certified EMT, she is an expert in all facets of the coffee business, he was a survival instructor for the U.S. military, a hunting and fishing guide, and both of us have been in managerial positions for quite a while. Any suggestions on where to look and who to talk to for a starting point on working in Belize? We want to work for someone before launching anything on our own there. Thanks for any help!

I have this project on hand as owner of the building and would want to exercise it in association (shares) and need to know your input and %.

We can start with the first phase which is the disco concerts and variety shows. My son likes the area of music so he can be the DJ and bring the youth crowd. You would be the in charge of the all its administration of the bar and I am willing to give you 40% profit shares from that area and you would put US$ 5, 000.00 partnership to invest for the bar and other things needed. I'll deal with the licenses, propaganda tv ads and security, My son would invest in the Music and its admin and he'll make a separate deal with me. When we make shows and you perform as entertainer you'll be paid separately.

I have a 1000 sq ft on the upper floor of street level at the side of the Disco area which is at a basement, where you can live there. It has 2 rooms 200 sq ft aprox each, a double living room, bathroom. kitchen & dinning.
