Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Formal Education. I think that if a person has acquired a formal education then it will be easier for one to train that person in the field of skills. Skills can be gained without formal education but their seems to be something lacking without a formal education especially from Grades 1 through 9.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Collaborative work or team work is very beneficial. One gets the input of all that are involved and when brainstormed, discussed and combined, the best results are generally reached.

What was your worst working experience?
As a new teacher, I thought I knew it all and did npt take advice very well. This caused me to make a lot of futile mistakes that could have been avoided if I had followed the instructions of the team leader.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
I have learned that the old adage that says, "Two heads are better than one," is applicable in the teaching profession. Working with other teachers have proven to be very advantageous and the sharing of ideas of what works from what does not work in given situations can be very beneficial, especially to new teachers.
What unique skills do you have?
I am a passionate, creative, innovative, framatic and entertaing teacher who expects all children to participate in hands-on activities and therefore learn some aspects of what was taught.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Working with a group of potential learners who have the zeal, or thirst for learning.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Introducing unknown subject areas of the curriculum to students and seing the glean of knowledge develop in their eyes as they engulfed learning.
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Not getting the results that I was expecting from my students especially when I know that they are capable and have the potential to succeed.
What are your expectations of the ideal job?
Students that are interested, a technologically developed setting, a good working atmosphere with colleagues in a clean environment.
