Formal education or skills and why? Both, equally. I have a high skill set, I went to college as an older student and I have found value in educational skills also. My formal education gives me additional confidence and more knowledge than just the skill set. Having to carry 2-3 employees work load on a regular basis and management would not manage the situation. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Lead by example, don't complain about a problem to an owner or management approach a problem with a possible solution. What unique skills do you have? Many!
