i consider skills more important as thats how you can be able to produce the best quality.. being formally trained doesnt necessarily mean you are able to do the work as theory and practicals are two different aspects..

its always a great way of improving your own skills by learning new ideas from others.. a combination of well thought ideas produce the best quality

having to work under the strict scrutiny of an unsmiling boss when i was on my legal internship
