Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Since I am a college graduate and I realized after I finished my studies and faced the real world that skills are also important than workbooks and history.. It will helps a lot to make u a better person and apply things in real life..While real knowledge and formal educations made me more confident to face people with dignity and trust to myself that what other successful people can do I CAN DO IT.,, because education is the weapon to make me succeed in everything.. When I am working as sales agent in water proofing company before and my own co agent tried to worked on my account and have the deal done without my knowledge .. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? learn that we can never live alone and we need to work things together..Be good with co workers and even with those little people within the company.. Being friendly and doing things in my own way in calm manner no matter how pressure things will be done..I always stay calm What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
