Agnel Institute Of Catering. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills, because education may not help you overcome objections. Whereas skills can handle all obstacles. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team is great for motivation and ideas also moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction, building relationship and networking. Describe the benefits of working alone There is an old saying "If you want something done right do it Your self".It helps you connect with yourself and assemble thoughts and ideas in a way that's unique to you. It does raise intuition and cuts out human noise. But on the flipside, you won't have anyone else to communicate with for a second opinion or get an objective view of ideas and plans. What was your worst working experience? Nothing till today. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? One has to give up his ego and work with a positive attitude.
