Bachelor of Arts Degree and Teacher's Diploma Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education as it makes you more marketable for employment. Describe the benefits of working with others It enhances co-operation and creates a bond in the working environment. It also allows for more communication and interdependence. Describe the benefits of working alone You are forced to use your initiative and eventually this may lead to you garnering leadership skills. What was your worst working experience? Working in an environment where the abuse level (both verbal and physical)were extremely high and disrespect as well as disregard were very prevalent. A lot of unprofessionalism was also displayed. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be as professional and efficient as possible. Learning and knowing the work thoroughly as well. What unique skills do you have? I am able to speak more than one language fluently. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working with an International body such as the United Nations.
