Formal education or skills and why? I thing both... but is hard to get both in one time. Formal education is needed by employer in form of diploma. Skills are required to do your work good. Exchange means two ways knowledge transfer :) Describe the benefits of working alone There is no one who can disturb you and you can focus on your tasks. What was your worst working experience? many years ago as a almost child I was on vacation work... Employer didn't pay for my work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Don't work to much! When you are tired (for example after hours) you can easy make mistake. Your mistake could cost someone a lot of money and stress (and yours too). What unique skills do you have? Every person is unique, my unique skills are: - I can pretty good describe someone's personality after first minute of conversation - I'm thinking analytical, it helps me to resolve technical problems at work What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Dream job? It's easy, doing what I know how to do good, and have spare time to develop myself and for a familly. What job would you never do? nothing witch would require lies. I hate lies. I know that some selling jobs are pretty close to this. What do you do in your free time? I love to have some free time.
