Formal education or skills and why? i think both are very important because they work with each other. without formal education you wont have documents to show your qualifications to apply for job and without skills you wont be able to do the work efficiently. Describe the benefits of working with others you can learn from them as well as they can learn from you Describe the benefits of working alone you can make your own objects and accomplish them in your time frame you manifest managerial skills What was your worst working experience? working on pediatric ward at midnight a baby was turning blue and wasn't breathing and i had to use my emergency skills.I got someone to page the doctor while i suction the baby and apply oxygen. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? always put the patient first at all times and treat all patient equally.
