Registered nurse ITU course(6 months) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I have more than 10 years experience in different departments, and I thing I am a excellent nurse; I've been working in different places(countries). Describe the benefits of working with others I really enjoy working in a team, always is nice to receive/give a hand to your colleagues. Describe the benefits of working alone I feel confident to work alone, I was many times working on my own. What was your worst working experience? When I first start working in Spain, it was difficult because my language( my spanish was very poor), to understand medical staff but because I'm very positive and quick learner I manage to passed that stage. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always when I'm in a difficult situation at work, I learned to be calm and never get nervous. What unique skills do you have? I've realized that I have the capacity to learn very quick everything. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To work in a nice place, not only hospital environment, outside of it as well. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I enjoy working in ITU,caring after critical ill patients, it's make me feel satisfied seeing how patients being so sick, are recovering and improving slowly. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
