Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I value both Formal Education and Skills, because without proper education you will become ignorant to the things that being taught in school, even though it can be learned outside from school. As you know formal education will make us grow into mature, well versed and disciplined individual. The solid foundation of who we want to be starts there. I also believe that skills has the same value as formal education the two should go together because skills cannot fully comprehend without formal education. formal education is nothing without skills it can be useless. many people has formal education and yet it was not used because they don't have the skills to practice it. Step by step process that is why the formal education collaborate with Skills. In life Formal Education first then along the way skills can be learned.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The Benefit of working with others is that they will taught you on what they learned and it is vice versa or you taught them same way they also learned from you. Dealing with people will make you grow as a person, you will be able to work with more experienced individual which you can learn from them.

Describe the benefits of working alone

working alone you will be able to concentrate on your task as a pharmacist, you do your job well without interruption and you are more focused. At the end of the day you finished your work and not able to worry for tomorrow's pending job.

What was your worst working experience?

When i was an intern in the small community pharmacy, my expectation was very high and i thought i will be able to practice what i learn from school since we follow the American standard in terms of school. so when i was an intern it has a little twist you see community pharmacy i work for wanted more profit rather than what they can give service to the patient. When we try to council patient we say the correct way after that we are not allowed to entertain or dispense drugs. We are in the back door doing Inventory.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lesson i learned is work hard, dedicate yourself into the field you choose and eventually you will reap what you sow. people may say negative things behind your back but, set your goal and go for it.

What unique skills do you have?

I am well disciplined individual, flexible, hard working and mature. Computer literate, can work under pressure.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Clinical Pharmacist in the hospital that is my dream job, but i am open to any pharmacist position. I believed that success is a step by step process.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspect in my field is that you get to council with patient, you become familiar with disease at the same time you be able to know more about the drugs and what uses about it. being a pharmacist you keep learning you never stop from there it develop and learned more.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

so far i think working as quality control in manufacturing company during my internship i find it least interesting.

Please replace this with a question of your own
