Customer Service, teaching, telemarketing What qualifications do you hold? Diploma in Education Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider formal education to be more valuable because the more educated you are the more marketable you will be. You will also have a wider knowedge of the job you are to proform. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others are work can be done faster within a given time, more minds together will have more creative ideas because together each will achieve more. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone is that one can use their own initiative where possible. This will allow for decisions to be quickly made and will allow for accountability. What was your worst working experience? I wouldn't consider any experience as bad because all jobs have their challenges and provide learning experiences. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that however challenging any experience is, you can learn from it. What unique skills do you have? I possess great interpersonal skills, good communication and time management skills. I am also intrinsically motivated and work well under pressure. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I consider my dream job to be teaching. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects of my field are being able to learn new things, working with children and being able to mold young minds. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspects of my field are the crowded classrooms and the disrespect that some students may display sometimes. Why I am the best person to be considered for the job? I am the best person to be considered for the job because I have the passion and the enthusiasm to deal with children.
