I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Computer Data Management. I am in the field of customer service for over 10 years. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I value both in the same level... having an education is an advantage to the applicant in all aspects of getting a job and skills is an ability of the applicant to perform the job. But having them together will give the applicant the better assurance to get hired. Describe the benefits of working with others Based on my experience, working with others have possitive and negatives involved. Positive is you can make friends within the organization and working together is better than working alone. Negatives is when you bring personal issues to work that will affect the working business relationship with others within the organization. Working in an environment where people don't care of others feelings. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Be honest and careful at all times.
