Formal education or skills and why? I believe formal education is important but skills are more valuable. Skills are developed from experience and demonstrate a person ability to satisfactory perform a specific job. Describe the benefits of working with others Different people can bring different ideas to the table, when working as a team, which can result in an easier and quicker solution to a problem. Team members can learn from each other and motivate members to perform at a higher standard. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can be beneficial since sometimes other co-worker can slow down your output. If a person is competent in their job, working alone is more suitable to that person because they don't have to waste time consulting with others. What was your worst working experience? Getting a puncture and there was no jack and lug tool in the vehicle. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
