hello I am working for the developing communities for past 22 years and looking for a job in any job related to community based development projects

Indian

English (read, write & speak) Hindi (read, write & speak) Oriya (Read, Write & speak) Telugu (read, write & speak)

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Bhutan or Nepal or Bangladesh I am looking for a job in these countries due to its similarity in economic, cultural and political and bordering to India

What countries have you worked in?

I have yet to get chances working in other countries

What field do you currently work in?

Child Development project

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

formal education is an entry for a beginning and will improve yours skills development through experience in different areas of interest & opportunities therefore skills have its importance which will largely help you to build your career and establishment in your life

Describe the benefits of working with others

cross learning team spirit easy to work access to information more productivity creativity innovations

Describe the benefits of working alone

privacy is needed while during individual Planning & reporting, you need not have to depend upon others help to implement your job responsibilities, you can individually interact with the community without disturbance and interruption

What was your worst working experience?

I had succumbed to a road accident during last phase of research work on maternal death/health

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

keep learning from both employer & community at large because knowledge has no limits and innovations are to be adoptable

community skill development community resource mobilization & utilization case studies Research work effective communications Planning & review crisis management critical analysis exposure to multifarious development projects community capacity building

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

the job which helps the community at large and full-fill my basic needs

short duration development programs
