Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
formal education and hands on skills are equally important
hands on skills helps one show how a task is performed and formal education helps pass on the know how or teach the skills
so both are equally valuable; one complements the other.

More ideas more discussion quicker solutions drawn from a pool of various minds, team work, more resources at hand.

being able to perform a task without interference from others
more time to oneself, to concentrate on specific tasks based on one's own ideas and skills.

What was your worst working experience?
not to be able to pursuade others to agree on an idea or how to perform a task that I strongly believe in, for presentation or to be in the best interest of everyone involved.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
not to underestimate any person I come in contact with or jump into conclusions.
I look at the facts first and foremost before I draw my own conclusions.
