I should like to draw your attention to certain key parts of my academic background and career.At secondary school level I chose subjects with emphasis on the humanities and thereafter studied law at Pisa university, where I obtained my degree.
After two years’ mandatory military service in the Italian Navy as reserve lieutenant, I began my career in the marketing and (later) human resources sectors, with particular focus on industrial relations, recruitment, managerial training, safety and security.
I held a managerial position for ten years.
In 1993, after the collapse of the Italian branch of Degussa,
I set up my own consultancy and lecturing business, which enables me to continue my professional activities, with greater emphasis on training, rent a manager activity, outplacement and university lecturing
By virtue of my managerial and training experience, I have been given the task of teaching many ESE courses and masters in their campuses in Lucca, Vicenza and Bologna.
My style of teaching aims at stimulating and encouraging students to be independent and confident. However, I am especially aware of the needs of final year students as they prepare to leave university and seek employment and I aim to guide students as far as possible at this critical point in their lives.
