Formal education or skills and why? I would say a bit of formal education to go with some kills. In the real world both forms are a necessity. Describe the benefits of working with others The productivity when working with others or working as a team would always be greater compared to working alone. This would also help the individual to gain core skills that would make him / her complete. Describe the benefits of working alone When you work alone its key as you're the person making decision and its vital to get this right. There won't be any drawbacks to your work as it's an one man band. What was your worst working experience? I cannot think of one. Possibly having to study and work at the sametime.
