Formal education or skills and why? I would say a bit of formal education to go with some kills. In the real world both forms are a necessity. Describe the benefits of working with others The productivity when working with others or working as a team would always be greater compared to working alone. This would also help the individual to gain core skills that would make him / her complete. Describe the benefits of working alone When you work alone its key as you're the person making decision and its vital to get this right. There won't be any drawbacks to your work as it's an one man band. What was your worst working experience? I cannot think of one. Possibly having to study and work at the sametime. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Patients is the key What unique skills do you have? I’m skilled in team leadership and have experience in team building and motivation. I have the capacity to work under pressure with an ability to organise and plan effectively. My great strengths are patience and the ability to persuade others. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
