Sarajevo, Bosnia, because of friends and family and I believe that there is more opportunity for me when it comes to putting my languages to use. What countries have you worked in? United States. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Bosnia and United States. What field do you currently work in? Telecommunications. What fields have you worked in before? Customer service and government. What qualifications do you hold? Mulitlingual. Bachelor or Arts in International Studies. Lived in 6 countries. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills. Formal education is good to have, but it does not provide an individual with the skills needed to handle a real-life situation when it presents itself. The best teacher is experience. Thus skills gained from life experience are much more valuable to an individual than formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others One is able to learn more about themselves and the people he/she works with as well. An individual has the opportunity to explore different perspectives and base their work on these perspectives. Describe the benefits of working alone One must rely on him/herself and learns much about his/her capabilities. One also is able to understand where one's strengths and weaknesses are. What was your worst working experience? A job where there is not much to do, the work was not interesting nor challenging, and the people did not really care about their job. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Hard work and consistency always pay off. What unique skills do you have? I am able to mold myself to any situation and interact with people of all ages and backgrounds. There isn't really a person with whom I cannot cooperate/communicate with to get the job done. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job where I am challenged on a daily basis, where I learn something new every day, and where I am able to interact with people who are older than me and much more experienced. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting people of different backgrounds and listening to their life experiences. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The difficulty in finding the right job. What do you desire most for your career? An opportunity that will allow me to explore different things in life and meet people of different backgrounds who can pass on the knowledge that their life experience has taught them.
