Nine O-Levels, 3 A- Levels, ISCA& LCCI Diploma in Accounting.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both formal education and skills are valuable. This is because as a professional, theory gained through formal education need to be translated through acquisition of necessary skills in order for one to effectivel, competently & efficiently acheive organisational goals.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Human beings are social creatures. working with others would enable one to:1) share ideas and skills,understand how others feel, get to know and accommodte other cultures to mention, but just a few.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone is arguably destructive rather than being beneficial. Suffice to say secrecy is maintained.
What was your worst working experience?
When I was doing form three to look for school fees by working in the farms as I was alredy an ophan then.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
To acheive results, we have to work as a team, accommodating others in terms of culture, race and religion.

I am energetic, analytical, attentive to detail, diligent, patient, honest, persevering, competent public speaker and trainer, get on well with people.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
I consider my self one day being a Finance Executive of a large company.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Financial accounting, taxation accounting & Auditing.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Accountancy as a profession is arguably purvasive and interesting in all material respects.
What skills have you gained during your career?
a) Knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, management accounting, as well as reporting principles, methods, techniques, and standards. b) Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. c) Ability to manage investment portfolio and reduce risks to company’s funds by carefully scouting the money market and allowing the management to make informed judgments. d) Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections. e) Ability to implement policies and directives with regards strategic business and operating plans and/or procedures. f) Ability to supervise and train employees, g) Knowledge in developing policy and procedure documentation. h) Knowledge of financial system design and analysis. i) Understanding of the company's political environment and sensitivities; and ability to function effectively within that environment
