Both are valuable because formal education helps one to be inovative and also have knowledge of the exisiting technologies. Application of these innovations leads to development of skills in efficient execution of the work. Describe the benefits of working with others It helps to share skills and experiences. It is the basis for achieving better results through consultations and cohesiveness. It also helps to avoid duplication of efforts. Describe the benefits of working alone Little benefits in working alone since you can't know that something has been done wrong. What was your worst working experience? When I missed a promotion interview while on duty outside the country without consideration by my superiors to give me a chance to have one when I returned. It was painful because I had all the confidence that given the chance I would pass the interview What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Patience, punctuality, hardwork and confidence to do assignments competentely with minimum supervision What unique skills do you have? I am a competent Horticulturist able to plan, budget, execute my plan and be able to evaluate and report succecces and failures What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Challenges that go with production, post-harvest handling and protection of produts and produce from disease and insect infestations Why do you think you are eligible for your dream job Apart from academic qualifications that I have, I have worked in the area of crop development for almost 10 years in all aspects of production, post-harvest handling, processing and marketing at all levels i.e. farmer, district, regional and mostly national level.I have directly worked with farmers, agricultural extension staff, NGOs, social workers and policy makers How can potential employers contact you?
