Botswana because what I believe its a country where I can develop my career well and by hearsay Botswana is on of the African country which its economy grow faster What countries have you worked in? No any other rather than Tanzania which is my mother country although I have got an opportunity to visit Holland and Spain for religious issue What field do you currently work in? Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from Sokoine University of Agriculture on 2009 Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Forma education is more valuable compared to skills because formal education is dynamic and when you are educated formally through different interaction you gain experience, so first education then experience Describe the benefits of working with others 1. it is easy to commit mistakes 2. it is easy to share experience 3.Tends to increase work stability because of the presence of team work 4.minimize company loss because of replacement during your absence may due to sickness and something like that Describe the benefits of working alone Sorry for shortcut, but the vise-versa of the previous question is true What was your worst working experience? You know because am the Filed Operation Coordinator, most of time in our working area we meets wild animals like cheater,snakes etc The most worst working experience is you know we are dealing mostly with group of farmers and most of the we are dealing with they don't to read and writing What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Important lesson I learn t is that, if we could educate our farmers most African could develop fast through the group formation principle as you know big population in Africa depends on Agriculture Also African we must invest in technical education. Also investment in infrastructure.
