Anywhere in Botswana, Because Botswana is a transparent country as far as implementation of policies is concerned. I would like to work where I can input positively so as to develop the Agricultural Sector so as to improve food security in order to meet Millennium Development Goals . Agricultural Machinery Maintenance, Water and Environment. What qualifications do you hold? A Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering. I have covered core units in Irrigation, Agricultural Processing, and Agricultural Machinery and Management. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education. This is because through formal education, one is able to aquire necessary skills to perform his/her duties,as opposed to having skills only. Having skills only tends to be a one-way affair. Describe the benefits of working with others One is able to learn more and improve technically,since innovation is more likely to develop. It also makes work easier and thus improves efficiency and timeliness. Likelihood of errors and mistakes occuring is minimised,if not eliminated. Describe the benefits of working alone One is able to pay much attention,for he/she is not distracted,thereeby boosting accuracy. What was your worst working experience? When while on attachment, I tried to correct a colleague on the danger of mis-regulation of temperature in sugar processing,but he chose to ignore and thus destroyed the entire processing set-up. This led to our suspension from our work station. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that without teamwork and motivation of workers,productivity declines. It is therefore important that these two factors be upheld so as to ensure higher staff productivity. What unique skills do you have? I am a multi-talented individual,especially in the field of IT and Report writing. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Project Management. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The Technical aspect, whereby I just apply fundamental principles of science to attain desired results. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Legal aspects,because sometimes the Law might be unfair,especially the Environmental Laws which sometimes become bottlenecks in Project implementation. What are your Hobbies?
