Team work cultivate team spirit, a pre-requisite in enhancing and laying up a strong working atmosphere. All participating members feel fully involved and accountable in a given project and they will fill its their mandate to squeeze the best out of themselves to make the particular project a success.
Moreover team work means different constructive ideas are likely to be developed and implemented when working harmoniously than working as a individual implying that decision making does not revolve around one person
Describe the benefits of working alone
The person is likely to implement best ideas as he is fully aware that failure of the project will have all fingers pointing at him, simultaneously having all credit given to him when the project is successful.
There are no nagging and monotonous decision making processes unlike in team work where consultation has to be done to all members which prolong time.In urgent situations you can easily make decision than waiting for a meeting in the case of team work.
