Books and theory can teach you a hand full of Theoretical skills but the practical skills gained through years of hard work can not be compared. how do you solve a problem from a book or from knowledge and skill Describe the benefits of working with others I am authoritive and get the respect a service manager deserves because i am hands on and don't shy away from getting on the bench and getting my hands dirty to help my guys solve a problem Describe the benefits of working alone it only helps to work alone when you are working on management reports when you need time alone to concentrate or to concentrate on clients needs then it is professional to be alone but otherwise you need a team. What was your worst working experience? can't think of any to be honest What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? hard work promotes, stagnation demotes and lack of leadership turns to desaster. What unique skills do you have? besides my Irish charm with the clients, i am skilled with people and management and skilled with great knowledge of vehicles What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I am in it already, i just need to be in it in a different country. my dream has been to return to botswana or asia and that is my aim this year.
