Iam currently employed as a project manager in charge of a team that gives technical guidance to the districts that are implementing Rural water supply and sanitation in the two provinces of Zambia.This project is jointly funded by the goverments of Zambia and Denmark.
What fields have you worked in before?
I have worked as irrigation engineer at district and provincial level
What qualifications do you hold?
I hold a bachelors degree in civil engineering and diploma in agricultural engineering all from the University of Zambia

Both are vaulable in that the former broadens the capacity to absorbs the latter

What was your worst working experience?
When i advised management but this was not taken for implementation and eventually lead to the stand still of project activity implementation

To stay focused on your goals and aspirations if you are to achieve them

The ability of bringing different specialists together guide them to the achievement of certain goals of an organisation

To work as a project manager in any other country apart from Zambia

Provision of clean and safe water to the communities as this serves life of people in the world

Looking at the world from an engineering perspective-what should be done to ensure that water is treated to expected standards
