What type of job are you looking for?

i i am social worker by profession(MA) in social work). thus, i need social work related works

What nationality are you?

Ethiopian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English, very fluent, expert in writing as well.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I would like to work in Botsewan. becouse i do like the country.

What countries have you worked in?

i am living and working in Ethiopia

i do not have experiance before .

What field do you currently work in?

i am working in the university as lecturer in Ethiopia

What fields have you worked in before?

community development activities in my community, conducting researches, and teaching

What qualifications do you hold?

MA in social work BA in foreign language and literature

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both are necessary. well, in order to have a kind of work effectively, there is a need of special skills that the practitioners have to be talented with. for this kind of skill the paraprofessionals, or some times the in service training is the best one. but formal education is also crucial to accomplish our work with theoretical based or evidence based practice through conducting researches and the like. thus, i felt that both are important for the professional workers to be effective in the certain work .

Describe the benefits of working with others

working with others is the important thing especially in the fields like development projects, community development,. social crisis, conflict resolution and the like. this is because, two heads are better than one. we can be benefited how to work with others in a harmony way, how to work with groups with different perspectives( religion, work, experience and the like). thus, we can grasp things form teh old handed people.as well.

Describe the benefits of working alone

working alone is also good though is is not also always good. it helps us to be self reliant and confident on what we are doing.

What was your worst working experience?

i do not have that much worst working experience in my life.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

well, i do learn when i encounter a problem or a challenge, i learned to challenge the challenges.

What unique skills do you have?

i have a listening when people are talking none-stop. and also, i am a kind of person very understanding, and extremely independent and trusted on my self. i believe on my self on what i do and what i do not what to do.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

i want to be social critic, advocate, and justice finder.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

well, the most interesting part in my field, is social work, is all about social Justice and promoting the for the disadvantage. thus, i am very much enjoying it. nothing is beyond helping people.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

social work is all about working with the individuals, group, community, organization, and the like. thus our subjects are human beings. moreover, it has multidimensional issues, thus, some times, it pron us with burn out.
