I believe skills. With skills you can do your work more effectively and efficiently than when its just education. It costs a lot of money for companies to train people to aquire skills needed for a certan job.

Personally i love working with people because im a team player. I believe it brings out the best in me and helps in building characters. One benefits alot because you aquire alot of skills and learn alot from your fellow team members.

Working alone makes you independent and more responsible because one s accountable for every detail of the work.
What was your worst working experience?
When i started working, someone was assigned to help me. I could not even use a photocopy machine because it was my first time to work ever, when i asked for her help she shouted at me infront of the client and told me i was stupid. I felt like resigning the same day.
