It is best to be enriched with both formal education and skills in order to be filled to the measure thus being effective.

You are able to meet objectives in due time. Always exciting as it also creates an atmosphere of liberty. Saves time and money.

Not really used to working alone, but i would say it contributes to ones's personal development exercise.
What was your worst working experience?
Having to patch up for other people's mistakes in order for the outcome to be the best. It is well as being part of a team you come across certain situations. All in all it turned out to be my best experience as it brought out the best in me.

Weaknesses are the strongest points. Once identified the job is as good as done.
