I prefer to work with people - i'm more a persons people love to work with clients and colleges,I can also work alone, as long as my work is what is required for me.Everyday is a challenge and i'm proud of myself and my work.

Sometimes it is nice to work alone -it gives me time to think and maybe i can come up with an idea or a solution of doing my work differently and more effecienlty,timeously.
What was your worst working experience?
Client was looking for me and i have phoned back and she didn't get the message and was really unhappy with my service but luckily we have sorted the problem out and she is always comes back to me with any quieries which i'am very proud.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
to be honest with your client - and they are number 1 customer service -never make a promise or commit yourself. Respect one another-even if it is in your working enviroment or between friends.Be positive.

To be very patient with my clients and that i will try my best to make them happy - give a 100%.Im very helpfull, undertsanding, always willing to lend a hand when needed,computer literate,internet, telephone skills,
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
To become a financial manager and share my experiences and move forward.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The budget report of the training skills - budget for next year and how much the company has already spend and what is left for this financial year and what will be the forecast for next year.
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
If your are doing the budget reconcilliation and everytime its been changed they change the total of the budget again so now you have to check where you can make it lesser amount that is was before tax year end.
