During Nov. 1997- Sept. 2001 Worked as “Technical Office Engineer” with KOLALY ENGINEERING Co. in Egypt. Responsibilities were: 1997 To prepare the workshop drawing for Steel Structure Buildings; Towers, Bridges or pipe racks 1998 To prepare the cut sheets for tanks or vessels 1999 To estimate the material list upon which Purchasing order is released. 2000 To prepare Bolt list & Bolt plan, Bolt list should be sent to purchasing department. Bolt plan is sent to erection department 2001 To prepare Assembly list. Assembly list include: item main size, length, quantity & weight, Assembly list is sent to erection department ُ Examples for projects, which I participated in: Niigata project: it was 750 ton steel structure pipe bridges TOYO project: it was a factory for petrochemicals in Sues, in which I prepare the checkered plate platform, workshop drawing for stairs and ladders. “Quess” Newsprint paper factory project: I prepared the Workshop drawing for the main store building (300 ton) I make a complete revision for wet cleaning Building (250 ton steel structure). I make a complete design for the grating of the recovery Boiler, which was 480 ton steel structure & 40 meter height. The grating weight was about 60 ton.
