Tourism Industry What qualifications do you hold? I am a volonteer incare taking But I have been doiing ti in the past 7 years Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills, because you have to have skills and apply that to the type of a job you will be doing. I started by volonteering in the health facilities and I realy enjoyed it and I am now in to it Describe the benefits of working with others You learn you things everyday and you share ideas Describe the benefits of working alone At times you need you peace and you tend to concentrate most when you are alone What was your worst working experience? when my 90 year old lady client died after a long illness and she was realy appreciative of my care for her, but she had cancer so she eventually diead at the hospital. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that we must respect each other, for a healthier life What unique skills do you have? taking care of old people and children in General What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
