Achievements are easily traced and ascribed to an individual. Decisions are made quicker than in a group. Responsibility for non performance can be traced easier and remedial action is better without group resistance

WORKING IN A SEMI PRIMITIVE COMMUNITY WITH DEEPLY ENTRENCHED CULTURAL VALUES SOME OF THEM AT VARIANCE WITH GOOD PUBLIC HEALTH PRACTICE

Listen to the community no matter how wild their ideas may seem because in those wild ideas often lies the solution to community health problems

I think i have the special element of being able to work under pressure and still achieve objective. i have a vast experiance spanning over a period of twenty-five years. I managed to improve access to sanitation in Kunene Region of Namibia from 3% in 1999 to 36% by 2005
