i have 8 GCE's Certificate in Information and Technology Degree in Health and Social care
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
i consider skills because one can hold a qualification and may not know how to do the job he is qualified for so experience as weel as know how is important.

working with others enables you to find out about the different approaches and ways that each individual has in dealing with a task thus enabling you to improve on your skills and do a better job.working as a team easy's a task thus taking less toime to complete.

What was your worst working experience?
i have worked in clients homes/ community and sometimes its hard being in ones home especially when you not welcome. being in a multi cultural UK some people still stereotype people thus making our jobs harder.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
i have learnt that team work is important and for best results to be achieved its always good to ask when you are lost.i also think that personal development is important as you learn something new each day.
What unique skills do you have?
through out the years i have worked with people from different backgrounds. i have acquired skills that enable me to deal with difficult situations. i work in the meantal health sector and 90% of the times we are faced with life and situations.i have learnt to deal with such situations in acalm manner rather than not knowing what to do.i beleive that if i find the right job i will be able to utilise the skills which i have acquired over the years to improve clients well being and the healthcare sector.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
my dream job would be a hospital manager. i recently went for an interview for the post but because there was so much competition i did not manage to get the post but i will keep trying.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
dealing with clients that have mental health illnesses some might be aggressive but i just like to deal with people inthem sort of situations.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
some bad things happen and these can scar you for life. i have lost a few patients due to suicide and i felt that i was doing my job rightand all of a sudden i knew that it wasn't always the case.
