I think both formal education and skills are equally valuable because one requires both to be efficient. Formal educatinon empowers with the knowledge to know what, why and when you should what you should do but you need the skills to get the work done. Describe the benefits of working with others when working with others you get to share and exchange ideas. this enables you to grow proffessionally since your mistakes are quickly pointed out and rectified as soon as possible.It also sharpens yoour people skills since you are interacting with people who have different personalities.Through this kind of interaction virtues as patience, diligence, honesty and friendship are easily developed and strengthened hence personal growth of an individual. Describe the benefits of working alone While working alone you have all your time and space at your disposal hence you are able to get your work done faster since there is no interference from other people. It also minimises chances of conflicts arising betwwen you and your co-workers. What was your worst working experience? When we were trying to introduce clinical ppharmacy practice at The Moi Teaching and Refferal Hospital(where Im currently working) and the nurses could not understand what pharmacists were doing taking care of diabetes patients What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Patience. That if I want to achieve anything I have to make myself usefull and exercise patience. What unique skills do you have? I am a people's person. I interact easily with anyone especially my patients who keep asking for me everytime they come to clinic. I'm also capable of adapting to whatever situation I find myself in and getting the best out of it. I strive to make this world a better place for me and for others. im also very passionate about the things I do. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Head of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical services of the World Health Organisation What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Pharmacists have ernomous knowledge on drugs and drug and this makes us very usefull members of the healthcare team. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Our role especially in clinical practice is not well defined What is your vision To leave this world a much better place than I found it.
