I have been a therapist for 30 years but i do have Hotel and Leisure expeience What qualifications do you hold? BSc Sports Science and Biomechanics, VTCT Level 4 Sports, Level 5 Diploma in Shiatsu, Level 3 Holistic Therapies,Level 3 (advanced) Reflexology Level 3 Health and Safety, level 3 Indian Head massage and various spa related qualifications Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills and formal education should ideally go hand in hand. Some people are more skills orientated but these strengths can be assessed by differentiation Describe the benefits of working with others Team work and motivation build strong bonds.
