BOTH. Education background and Work experience/ skills play an important role in obtaining fruitful results. With education background for a particular field, you gain useful knowledge of how to operate for better profit margin and how to make necessary culculated risks for the future benefit of the company. It also molds an individual to becoming more professional on the field. On the other hand Skills or work experience is also valuable because "mastering the art is the key to perfection". So you need skills to produce good results.

More hands on body tend to produce Fast, Effective and and Powerful results which is needed in every industry. Working together also builds good Communication channels within the organisation as well as Motivates workers because everyone becomes involved.

Self Control: Dealing and working with different people from different backgrounds, cultures, racies,countries,etc you need to mould/ relate yourself to that particular person you dealing with. You need patience and understanding to reach the margin.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Working with different people in the Hospitality sector, preferrably on the management or supervision level where i can share my knowledge and experiences and be able to make decisions that can benefit the company, workers as well as customers.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Working and dealing with diversed people and getting to learn something new daily. HOSPITALITY is growing in all corners of the world, every tourist needs a place to sleep and food to consume which makes it even more fascinating to know that more is still to come....!
