Formal education or skills and why? Skills- because this is the knowledge that you acquire through experience, research, self study and affilation with other organisations. Once you have skill you become an expert in that field and are able to apply the right techniques. Describe the benefits of working with others You learn from each other everyday. You become well equiped with new developments when you share information.You work as a team and therefore are able to meet organisational goals. You also solve issues amicably. Describe the benefits of working alone In most cases there are no benefits because you will be stressed up if you are alone. No one to talk with or assist you with the load of work. There is a saying that says ; No man is an island. What was your worst working experience? when I gave evidence at court pertaining to the forged signatures on the cheques. The case was defended by three defence lawyers and sometimes both of them would stand up at the same time to question me about the forged signatures . I would not know which one to answer among the two. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be open, honest and tell the truth because these cannot break your reputation. What unique skills do you have? Giving evidence at courts of law in a case which is defended. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When after examining the documenst I could not reach conclusion as to who authored the document or where did the document originate.
