| HUMAN RESOURCES I am a young lady of twenty seven years old. I completed my Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) in 2008. I did a double major in Public Administration and Political Science. I passed well with a Second Class Second Division 2(ii). I did my national internship at the Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs under the Department of Labour and Social Security. Currently I am working as an Administration Officer in the Ministry of Education and Skills Development under the Department of Technical Vocational Education and Training (DTVET).I am self-motivated, efficient and diplomatic human resources professional with experience in the industry and I believe my strengths and skills make me a perfect fit for this position. In my current position I have demonstrated commitment to staff relations by taking time to listen to complaints and deal with their issues. I am required to manage a range of general administrative and specialized tasks in a timely and accurate manner. This includes organizing meetings, distributing agendas, taking minutes at various management meetings and sending them to the relevant attendees as well as maintaining staff records. I can work autonomously as well as in a team environment. While providing quality assistance to the Principal of Kang Brigades, I am also an immediate supervisor to a total of 20 members of staff and supervising a total of 44 staff members indirectly. This requires not only excellent time management skills but also a professional manner and an ability to communicate effectively. I am confident and believe that my experience and skills will be an asset to any organisation. |
