Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
In the current employment market, formal education and skills should go hand in hand. Why? this is because one might have the skills only and still do well, but when surrounded by people who have both the skills and education, he/she's confidence is shaken and they become insecure.
Not many employers will or can take a second look at one's application without the relevant papers because, they need to feel confident about the prospective employees.
Clients also feel good and confident knowing that the person handling them, not only have the skills or are the best at what they do, but also are educated.
In my opinion, they are all valuable.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Well, no man is an island and working alone may bring up stress, relaxation since there is no competition but with other people around you, there is this subconscious pressure to excel and be better than others.
It also gives one a sense of belonging, creating new relations; business or friendship.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone can be great too in the sense that no one will pull you back apart from you. If one has targets, they can program themselves to attain the target without any inconveniences.
I think performance is all in the mind and one can perform with or without people.
