Recently i have no visa to work anywhere but i was working in uganda just because i have a refugee status.

currently,I am working as an Operations manager for African initiative Relief and Development in Kampala Uganda.

I was working as A Teacher,secondary school Headmaster,Administrator,and a partime lecturer in the University.
What qualifications do you hold?
I hold a Masters Degree in Education Management.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I consider both.Because formal education is in accordance with Rules and Regulations and skills is valuable for the current jobless youngesters.It is a means of survival.

MY wOrst Experience is when i was in Prison i was tortured and harassed by Militaries
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Specifically in Teaching some thing important i have learnt throughout my career is the teaching Ethics and the progress of my students. so i always look at it as base for the development of the Nation.

I have a unique skill in counsselling the young people.

AS my Dream job i consider to be back to my proffession and to the secondary school Principal.

The most intersting aspects of my Field is to educate the young pepole to achive there goals
